THM Group was established in February 1978 and started as a single proprietorship by Epitacio "Peping" E. Mendoza with his wife Noraida "Nora" S. Mendoza. The first store, Tres Hermanas Tricycle Center was located along Rizal Avenue Extension. Its goal was to serve the needs of the emerging market for tricycle and motorcycle parts. Its warehouse was located in Bocaue, Bulacan where the Mendoza’s residence was. Tres Hermanas Tricycle Center was named after the existing tricycle business of Nora’s family which was Tres Hermanas Manufacturing Corporation.
Started with only 3 salesmen, Mr. and Mrs. Mendoza’s hard work and dedication paved the way for the growth of their business. In 1996, Tres Hermanas Tricycle Center was incorporated and officially registered as a corporation with its official business name, Tres Hermanas Motors Corporation, with Peping Mendoza as the Chairman, Nora Mendoza as the Vice- Chairman and the Treasurer, and Raymond Mendoza, their eldest son, as the Corporate Secretary.
Its eminent success initiated the permanence of a booming business leading them to expand and open a bigger branch still in Caloocan City, but this time, along 10th Avenue, East Grace Park.
On May 2003, Juan Paolo S. Mendoza, their second son, joined the family’s business, and started venturing into purely motorcycle distribution. He led the establishment of the second company under the Tres Hermanas Group called Tres Hermanas Motors Distributors and Sales Corporation (THMD). Its main office was located in Banga, Meycauayan, Bulacan. THMD carries multi-brand motorcycles which include Yamaha, Kawasaki, Kymco, and Suzuki, catering to the needs of the motorcycle-riding public. However, in July 2008, THMD management decided to partner with Yamaha Motor Philippines to be its exclusive dealer of motorcycle units. This 3S (sales, spare parts and service) shop was then transferred into its new location in Malhacan Road, Meycauayan, Bulacan.
The milestone has continued and persisted through the years leading them to open more branches inside and outside of Metro Manila:
Adding a mark to the Company’s growth and pride, by the year 2006, THM Group partnered with Honda Philippines to become an exclusive dealer of Honda motorcycle, incorporating Magnacycle Sales Corporation as the third company under its wings. Magnacycle’s first branch was along Fairview, Quezon City.
After 2006, the company continues to grow with the opening of more branches.

THM Group eventually expanded to the South, particularly in Cavite, with Magnacycle opening its first 3S shop in Rosario, Cavite on December 2010. After which, other outlets within and outside the City followed.

Today, THM Group is one of the well-known companies in the motorcycle industry. With its plans of levelling up its systems, processes and procedures, equipping its people with the right skills, and further expanding its store network, THM Group of Companies is confident that it can continue to serve excellently the needs of the motorcycle-riding public in the country.
